Have you ever wondered why some people take pressures and challenges much better than others? Why some are always at the right place and at the right time? And why there are people so easy to be with? These people are in the "flow" so to speak. They carry themselves with a certain ease and lightness. Very often, these are happy and contented people. They are in harmony with the world or as we would say, they are in sync with the world.

Everyone wants to be like this. Everyone wishes that life would be effortless. And no matter what anyone says - they may say that they want to make a difference and leave their mark in the world, they want to enrich themselves, they want political clout, they want to be beautiful and lose weight, they want good health, they want to be spouses, better parents, or they want to find a satisfying relationship - all these they want to attain, they strive for, they dedicate their lives to - all because they want happiness and contentment whether they know it or not, whether they admit it to themselves or not.
So what exactly is Wuji Yuan Gong? It is a kind of qigong. Qigong is like Chinese yoga. There are many kinds of yoga, there are many kinds of qigong. There are forms of yoga and qigong that concentrate primarily on meditation. Some are designed for your physical well-being and to keep you young. Others are meant to unleash paranormal powers - feats, like the ability to move objects from a distance or the power to walk on glass and fire, or even the power to heal.
The primary purpose of the practice of Wuji Yuan Gong is to enable the practitioner to return to the natural state - to be in the flow, to be happy and contented, to always feel at one with the world - to have the experience of being in the state of grace all the time, as Christians, would put it. But how does this happen?   Continued...
